thats all , going out tmr, so must sleep early.
i spend like a few hour to fall alseep ytd.
i went to bed @ 12, then toss & turn, finally slept @ 2.
Then woke up @ 3 ! went out to drink a cup of milk & finally fall alseep @ 4+.
alarr i think i really need to change the timing, im like a owl now.
