What does your sleeping posture say about you?
The Freefaller.
The freefaller sleeps on her/his front with her hands often placed on her pillow, her/his face turned to one side.
According to studies bu the UK Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service, a sleeping posture like the freefaller aids in digestion.
People who sleep in this posture are said to be gregarious and forthright.
They are not inclined to keep their opinions to themselves.
But beneath this brash surface,people who sleep in this position are also thin-skinned and do not like criticism.
They also do not react well in extreme situations.
The Foetus.
The foetus is the most common sleeping position, adopted by roughly 41% of people surveyed in a study.
Twice as many women than man prefer to sleep in this pose.
People who sleep in a foetal position may look tough on the outside, but they are realy softies at heart.
They tend to be shy when 1st introduced to someone. But once relax around you, you'll find them warm and personable individuals.
The Starfish.
When a peson sleeps in the starfish position, she is lying on her back with both her arms wrapped around the pillow.
Such sleepers make good friends as they are ready listeners and are generous with their time and help.
Starfishes are also great people to work with . Their sleeping pose indicates that the are open to ideas and receptive towards changes.
These people dislike being the centre of attention and are happy to assume a more supportive role.
The Soldier
The soldier is a position adopted by 8% of the group surveyed. Those who sleep in this rigid position are often described as quiet and reserved.
If they think something is mundane and unworthy of their attention, they will begin to fuss over it.
Although thy like to keep things low-key, they set high standards for themselves and others, and expect their instruction to be followed .
